Exchange and return

It is possible to return or exchange the goods within 14 days of receipt.

* Terms of return of goods:

The obligatory condition of exchange and return is that the product was not in use, and has all the accompanying documents (labels, packaging, etc.). To clarify all the details and make a return, please contact our manager.

* How to return the money:

To the bank card. The money is returned to your bank card within 3-5 working days.

* Product exchange:

As compensation, according to the Law of Ukraine, we give you the right to choose the same product from another party, or choose another product for the same amount of money. If you want to exchange the factory defect, we pay for delivery in both directions. If you change a quality product, you pay for delivery.
